About Red Rose Catering

Rose International Food Catering does this by preparing all foods from scratch daily, using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We have also made a big impact in Bay Area with our catering service. We offer a wide variety of foods and services for homes, offices, weddings and banquets. Our foods vary for each event, No matter what the occasion, We have the right food and the best of service to make it a huge success.Said is the chef/owner of Red Rose Catering as well as the Owner of Pineapple Grill restaurant with multi locations in northern California. Chef Said opened his first restaurant over 25 year age, his restaurants are known for one of the best Persian restaurants in northern California. He started cooking Persian food at the age 11 and 12 years old. He has grown up in family with the passion for cooking; his family has served Persian cuisine for four generations.

There are many articles in Iranian newspaper about his father’s restaurant. His father had several restaurants in that part of Tehran and City of Mashhad, when people go to the area, they go to that restaurant (there are one the oldest restaurants).

Starting when I was 11 or 12 years old, I would work during the New Year’s holiday, summer holiday, and on weekends. I was the oldest son, and so my father taught me the business. I started out just as a helper: cleaning the tables, washing the glasses. Then when I was 15 I started cleaning the beef and helping with food preparation. The first dish that Chef Said made is the most popular dish called ground beef kebab (kubideh), which would be like a hamburger over here. It was in the evening, and every one eats as snack.

The food on my menu is the food that’s really popular in Iran. I like to make all my food fresh.

About Our Catering Manager

GITI is the catering manager of Red Rose Catering. She is responsible for the overall operation of a catering facility. This involves not only running the catering facility during an event, but also handling all the preparation before the event and after as well. She works closely with clients to ensure their event is a success, and follow up with the client to get feedback after the event itself as well. GITI not only manage client relations but also maintain employee and vendor relations to run a successful catering facility.

GITI is responsible for assisting in the planning of events for clients. Some aspects of planning can include helping the client find other service providers such as disc jockeys, limousine companies, photographers, videographers and wedding planners.

GITI works with both chef and the client to choose a proper menu. She has a list of the foods that the kitchen can create for the client along with the pricing. She has the chef attend the menu planning meeting with the client in case the client has any special requests that may not be on the standard menu, or in case the client wants to have input from the chef on food suggestions.

At Red Rose Catering, GITI is responsible for EVENT PLANNING, CUSTOMER SERVICE, DECORATING, MENU PLANNING, SCHEDULING and VENDOR RELATIONS
